Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email welisten@awesomesource.co.
RETURNS
AWESOME SOURCE offers FREE RETURNS within 30 days of purchase if your item is unused and in the same condition that it was when you received it. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on opened or used products. Please email welisten@awesomesource.co to organise your return.
When contacting Awesome Source about a return, please include your order number in the email. The order number is located in both the subject line and at the top of your order confirmation email

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
When returning your items, we recommend using a tracked service, as the transport risks are the responsibility of the sender. Our products are extremely fragile and breakages do occur, so please ship the bottles with sufficient packaging to ensure they do not break in transit.
